Our Story
cobench.io was born from a simple frustration: finding reliable 3D printing services was unnecessarily complicated. As makers ourselves, we experienced the pain points firsthand—unclear pricing, quality concerns, limited options, and no protection for either party.
We saw talented hobbyists and small businesses with idle 3D printers wanting to earn extra income, while makers struggled to find trustworthy producers. The solution seemed obvious: create a platform that brings these two groups together with proper safeguards, quality standards, and transparent processes.
In 2024, we launched cobench.io with a small group of passionate producers and early adopter makers. The response was overwhelming. Within months, we processed hundreds of projects, refined our processes based on real feedback, and built a community that values quality, fairness, and trust.
Today, cobench.io serves thousands of makers and hundreds of producers across 25 countries. But we're just getting started. Our vision is to make high-quality 3D printing as accessible as ordering a book online—simple, safe, and reliable.
